Detailed Instructions

Download your McKesson order history directly into an Excel spreadsheet by:

  1. Login
  2. Select Reports Tab
  3. Select Material Usage
  4. A new window will open, change the date range to the past one year.
  5. Click the Green RUN MY REPORT BUTTON.
  6. Save and send the Excel spreadsheet to

If you are currently ordering through Henry Schein you can download your order history into an Excel spreadsheet by:

  1. Login and enter your username and password
  2. Select Menu
  3. Select Account
  4. Select Orders
  5. Select Reporting
  6. Select New Report
  7. Select Items Purchased
  8. Select Default Settings and hit blue “next” button
  9. Wait a minute and click refresh
  10. Select Green Excel Box
  11. Save and send the Excel spreadsheet to
